M2 database export into CSV

Accounts database: (MaTi=XXX.PDB or XXX.PDB if launchable)
Payment modes database: MaTi-Modes.PDB mandatory only if field [1] selected
Transactions types database: MaTi-Types.PDB mandatory only if at least one of fields [2] selected
Currencies database: MaTi-Currencies.PDB mandatory only if field [3] selected

Add a file Type.cvs that contains types database (need MaTi-Types.PDB)
